Infrastructure Engineering

Infrastructure Engineering

We work across AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises and hybrid environments. Our scope covers account and network foundations, infrastructure as code, container platforms, CI/CD, observability, security, backup and disaster recovery.

Outcomes after delivery

  1. 01A cloud operating foundation with reviewed, approved and traceable changes
  2. 02Observability and incident response tied to service objectives
  3. 03Infrastructure architecture that balances cost, performance, security and recovery

Detailed scope

01

Cloud Foundation

We standardize organizations, accounts, networks, routing, IAM, key management, audit logging and cost allocation across multi-account environments.

02

Platform & Kubernetes

We select Kubernetes, managed containers or serverless runtimes based on workload and team needs, then design delivery, policy and self-service.

03

Observability & Reliability

We connect logs, metrics, traces and service objectives with dashboards, alerts, on-call workflows and actionable runbooks.

04

Migration & Resilience

We migrate workloads and data in stages, validate cutover and rollback, and test backup, high availability and disaster recovery through exercises.

We move from current-state assessment to build and operational handover.

01

Define service and recovery objectives

Availability, performance, security, RTO and RPO are defined for real business flows rather than as broad platform statements.

02

Build standards and change paths as code

Networks, access, runtime, security and observability are managed as reviewed infrastructure modules and delivery pipelines.

03

Test load, failure and recovery

We measure scaling limits, exercise incident procedures and restore backups to verify time and data state.

Code and operations are handed over
for the internal team to continue.

Deliverables

  • Cloud landing zone and network architecture
  • Infrastructure modules and CI/CD pipelines
  • Dashboards and alert policies
  • Service objectives, on-call procedures and runbooks
  • Backup and disaster recovery test records

A good fit for

  • Teams whose cloud spend grows faster than delivery speed or reliability
  • Services that need security, monitoring and recovery readiness before launch
  • Organizations whose operational scope has outgrown the infrastructure team
